Job vacancy in Rashmi group headquartered in Kolkata a large industrial conglomerate having 7 mtpa Steel, 7 mtpa cement and 1000 MW captive power plant with employees strength of 50000 people and turnover of rupees 40000 crore.

The group has also ventured into mining business and power business with four blocks acquisition of 2 x 300 make a what MW power plant in Tuticorin and revival of 3x 600 MW power planting Jharkhand. We are looking for experienced talent from thermal power industry for the following positions in Jharkhand Power Plant project.

1) head power project : mechanical Electrical engineers with 20-25 years of experience of leading power plant projects in the areas of Engineering and projects planning project development project procurement project management and project execution.

2) Head Finance /CFO :chartered accountant with 20 – 25 years of experience in project finance capital planning project appraisal and preparation of financial models fund raising project contracts risk management commercial negotiations and experience of around 5 years in thermal power industry.

3) Site head power project: Mechanical Electrical engineers with around 15- 20 years of experience review against milestones erection and construction and safety.

4) DGM GM senior GM AVP HR : PGD / MBA HR with around 15 20 years of experience in hrir statutory compliance dealing with contractor worker and 5 years experience in thermal power industry .
