1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Coverage
We ship books, printed materials, and selected products across:
- All states in India
1.2 Shipping Timeframes
a. Print-On-Demand (POD) Books
Once your order is confirmed:
- Printing time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping time (India): 4–10 business days
Delays may occur due to festivals, holidays, or courier issues.
b. Bookstore Orders (Pre-Stock Books)
- Dispatch time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: 4–8 business days
c. Artwork / Custom Items
Depending on size and fragility:
- Dispatch time: 5–12 business days
- Delivery time: 5–15 business days
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
- Order weight
- Destination
- Courier service used
- Delivery type (standard / express)
Charges are displayed during checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
1.4 Tracking Information
Once shipped, customers receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier name
- Tracking link
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
1.5 Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails:
- Courier makes 2–3 attempts
- After that, the package may be returned
- Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer
1.6 Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive:
- Damaged book
- Misprint
- Incorrect order
You must report it within:

A replacement will be sent at no cost after verification.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Order Cancellation (Books & POD)
Before Printing Begins
- Within 6 hours of order placement:
→ 100% cancellation allowed - Within 24 hours of order placement:
→ 80% refund available (20% processing fee)
After Printing Begins
- No cancellation is possible once printing has started.
2.2 Cancellation for Bookstore Stock
- Within 12 hours of order:
→ 100% cancellation - After dispatch:
→ Not eligible for cancellation
(Returns allowed only if damaged)
2.3 Cancellation for Digital Services
(eBooks, PDFs, Reviews, Promotions)
- Within 12 hours and before delivery:
→ 70% refund - After content is delivered/downloaded:
→ No cancellation / No refund
2.4 Cancellation for Advertisements & Promotions
- Within 24 hours of payment:
→ 70% refund - If the ad is already published or scheduled:
→ No cancellation
2.5 Cancellation for Property Listings
(Property buying, selling, renting listings)
- Within 48 hours of payment:
→ 70% cancellation refund - After listing goes live:
→ No cancellation
2.6 Cancellation for Job Listings
- Within 24 hours:
→ 50% refund - After the job post is published:
→ No cancellation
3. Exceptions (Where Cancellation or Refund Is Not Allowed)
- Book already printed
- Book already dispatched
- Custom artwork already created
- Digital content delivered
- Advertisements posted
- Property listing published
- Orders placed using discount codes
- Customer provided wrong address, phone number, or details
- Delays caused by courier or weather conditions
