At GloboStage, your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, and returns are applicable across our services, including publishing, Print-On-Demand (POD), book selling, advertisements, artwork listings, and property listings.
1. General Rules
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Platform fees, service charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.
- Orders or services once progressed beyond certain stages (mentioned below) cannot be altered or reversed.
2. Self-Publishing & POD Services
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are possible only if work has not yet begun.
Refund Window:
- Within 48 hours of payment → Eligible for 80% refund
(20% covers administrative & consultation costs) - After 48 hours but before project initiation → 50% refund
- After project initiation (editing, formatting, cover design, ISBN assignment, etc.) →
No refund
Print-On-Demand (POD)
Once POD production has started or the book has been printed:
- No refund or cancellation is possible.
3. Book Orders (Physical Books)
3.1 Return & Replacement (Damaged or Misprinted Books Only)
- Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Photo/video proof of damage or misprint is required.
- Replacement will be issued at no extra cost after verification.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Books ordered due to customer mistakes (wrong title, wrong quantity, address errors)
- Books in good physical condition
- Personalized or signed books
3.3 Refunds for Books
Refunds for damaged or undelivered books:
- If replacement is not possible → 100% refund within 7–14 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on our side.
4. Digital Content (eBooks, PDFs, Reviews, Promotions)
Refund Window:
- Within 24 hours of purchase → Eligible for refund if content has not been downloaded
- Once downloaded or delivered → No refund
5. Advertisements & Promotions
For ads on our website, social media, or promotional slots:
Refund Window:
- Within 24 hours of payment → 70% refund
- After 24 hours or if ad has already been published/scheduled → No refund
6. Property Listings (Buy/Sell/Rent)
GloboStage acts only as a listing & advertising platform.
Refund Policy:
- Within 48 hours of payment for listing → 70% refund
- After 48 hours or once listing is published → No refund
We do not provide refunds for:
- Failed deals
- Disputes between buyer and seller
- Legal verification issues
- Site visits or broker interactions
7. Job Listings
Refund Window:
- Within 24 hours → 50% refund
- After 24 hours or once job post is live → No refund
8. Paintings / Art Listings
For artwork posted for sale or display:
Refund Window:
- Within 48 hours of payment → 60% refund
- After artwork is listed on the platform → No refund
Physical artwork sold through third-party delivery follows courier rules.
9. Order Cancellation
Users may request cancellation:
- Before any service begins → Partial refund based on section rules
- Once service is initiated → Not eligible for cancellation
Book orders cannot be canceled if:
- Printing has begun
- Book has been shipped
