1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to GloboStage, legally owned and operated by Dev Prabha Singh.
  • “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual or entity using our website or services.
  • “Services” refers to book publishing (Self-Publishing), Print-on-Demand (POD), book selling, book reviews, advertising, artwork listings, job postings, property listings (buying, selling, renting), and all other offerings by GloboStage.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using GloboStage’s website, publishing services, social media channels, or any related features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Services Offered

GloboStage (owned by Dev Prabha Singh) provides the following:

  • Self-Publishing & Print-On-Demand (POD)
  • Book selling and book review services
  • Online book aggregation and advertisements
  • Artwork promotion
  • Job openings and listings
  • Property listings for buying, selling, and renting (Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India)

We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
  • Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive activities.
  • Not upload content that violates copyright, privacy, or moral rights of others.
  • Ensure all manuscripts, artwork, reviews, and listings are original or legally authorized.

GloboStage reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations.

5. Content Ownership & Publishing Rights

a. User-Submitted Content

All manuscripts, artworks, reviews, or property details uploaded by the user remain your intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting content to GloboStage, you grant us a non-exclusive, India license to:

  • Print
  • Distribute
  • Market
  • Display content on our platforms

This license is solely for the purpose of facilitating your publishing or listing services.

b. Company Content

All content created by or for GloboStage—including logos, graphics, layouts, text, images, and digital material—is the property of Dev Prabha Singh and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

6. Payments & Fees

  • All payments for services (publishing, advertising, listings, POD, etc.) must be made in full before service activation.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (available upon request or provided separately).

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or the removal of published/listed content.

7. Print-On-Demand (POD) & Deliveries

GloboStage collaborates with third-party vendors for POD and delivery services.
While we strive for timely and high-quality output, we are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Damage during transit
  • Errors caused by user-provided files (formatting, typos, low-quality images, etc.)

8. Property Listings (Real Estate Services)

GloboStage acts as an aggregator and connector for property buyers, sellers, or renters.

We do not:

  • Guarantee property availability
  • Validate legal ownership
  • Participate in financial transactions between parties

Users are advised to conduct independent verification before making decisions.

9. Advertising & Promotions

Users submitting ads or promotional material are responsible for ensuring:

  • Authenticity
  • Accuracy
  • Compliance with applicable laws

We may reject or remove ads that violate guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev Prabha Singh and GloboStage are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Financial loss
  • Errors in manuscripts or user submissions
  • Third-party service failures
  • Misuse of services by other users
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use GloboStage services at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GloboStage and Dev Prabha Singh from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Content you submit or publish
  • Violations of intellectual property rights
  • Breach of these Terms

12. Termination of Services

GloboStage may suspend or terminate accounts that violate:

  • Legal rules
  • Publishing guidelines
  • Community standards
  • Payment requirements
  • These Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites for convenience.
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, particularly compliant with:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Applicable state laws of Uttarakhand

Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
