This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our practices regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

 

  • Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after purchase.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product purchased.
a. Print-On-Demand (POD) Books
  • Before printing begins: full refund if cancelled within 6 hours of order.
  • Within 24 hours: partial refund (percentage may be subject to processing fees).
  • Once printing starts: no cancellation or refund available.
b. Physical Books & Products
  • If damaged or incorrect on delivery, report within 5 days of receipt.
  • Upon verification, replacements or refunds will be provided.
c. Digital Products & Services
  • Cancellations requested before delivery may receive partial refunds.
  • Once content is delivered or downloaded, no refund is permitted.
d. Advertisements & Promotions
  • Refunds may be available if cancellation is requested before publishing.
  • Once the ad is published or scheduled, no refund is permitted.
e. Property Listings
  • Refunds for listing fees may be available if cancelled within 48 hours.
  • Once a listing is live, no refund is permitted.

Return of Physical Items

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging, and refunds will be issued after inspection.

Non-Refundable Situations

 

  • Printed books already produced and shipped
  • Digital content after download
  • Services completed or delivered
  • Discounted purchases using coupon codes (unless otherwise stated)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
