GloboStage acts as an aggregator and connector for property buyers, sellers, or renters. We do not guarantee property availability, validate legal ownership, or participate in financial transactions between parties. Users should verify details independently.
Users submitting ads or promotional material are responsible for ensuring authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. We may reject or remove ads that violate guidelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev Prabha Singh and GloboStage are not liable for losses including financial loss, data loss, errors in manuscripts or user submissions, third-party service failures, misuse of services by other users, or any indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GloboStage and Dev Prabha Singh from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, content you submit or publish, violations of intellectual property rights, or breach of these Terms.
